Elementary School Mural – Boys’ School in Tehran

Date: September 2015 (Shahrivar 1394)
Duration: 4 days
Medium: High-quality plastic paint, multi-layer application on cement wall
Location: Tehran, Iran
Client: Public boys’ elementary school

This mural was carried out at a boys’ elementary school in Tehran, where the administration requested the inclusion of ideological texts as part of the visual composition. To balance this requirement, we integrated child-friendly illustrations and abstract colorful elements, making the mural more engaging and visually approachable for the students.

The calligraphy and inscriptions were executed by my father, while I collaborated with him and another colleague in the painting process. Despite the restrictions, the final piece combined vivid abstraction with educational motifs, offering a lively and tolerable environment for the school community.
